Here’s the new place. Built in 1853, and the upstairs is all mine. The property includes 5 buildings, 3 of which are apartments, 1 of which is a pub, and the last one which is the pub owner/my landlord’s beach house...oh yeah, it’s 2 blocks from the beach. I’ve been here since Saturday and honestly it’s everything I thought it would be and more. I love it so much, this first summer is going to be great.

TL;DR: a sober alcoholic now lives at a bar.

It is. Street parking and a surprising amount of bros with straight piped M3s and RX8s make it slightly louder at times than is like though.

Most nights it’s just a whole buncha fried. Mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings, poppers, that kinda stuff. Tuesday is $1.50 Taco night though. Beef only.
